Rooted in deep presence and intentional practice, my work is about helping others remember who they are\u2014and who they are becoming.<\/p><p data-start=\"1523\" data-end=\"1816\">I hold a PhD in Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University and a certificate in Business Analytics from the Wharton School. Along this path, I\u2019ve also become a certified Enneagram, MBTI, Emotion Code &amp; Body Code Practitioner, and a Jungian Depth Psychology and Quantum Theory enthusiast \u2014tools I use with care to unlock insight, alignment, and healing.<\/p><p data-start=\"1818\" data-end=\"2365\">Through my consulting practice, I offer heart-centered leadership development, team facilitation, and transformational coaching that honors the wholeness of each client. Central to my work is the understanding that real leading is a return to essence, a turning of shadow into discernment, fear into presence, fragmentation into wholeness.<\/p><p data-start=\"1818\" data-end=\"2365\">I believe leadership is a process of waking up and embracing the flow of life.
